- Age
Discrimination can be in relation to job selection, terms and conditions of employment, training, promotion, work practices and dismissal. The Disability Discrimination Act also places obligations upon the employer, particularly with regard to work practices.
Generally employees, workers, self employed, temporary and contract workers are all covered by the legislation.
