What East Lindsey Citizens Advice Bureau can do for you
- Check that you are the person who is liable for the debt.
- Advise you which of your debts are priorities and must be paid first.
- Discuss the best strategy for dealing with your debts including advice and information on bankruptcy.
- Help you to write holding letters to your creditors.
- Help you negotiate with your creditors.
- Help you to prepare a regular budget so that you and your family can afford to pay for your essentials.
- Help you to prepare a financial statement to send to your creditors with a suggested repayment schedule.
