Faulty or Unsafe Goods
When you buy goods you have the right to expect that they will be as described, that they are fit for their intended purpose, that they are of satisfactory quality and that they are safe.
Unsatisfactory Service
When you pay for a service, you can expect to receive a quality of service bearing in mind the price paid, and that works are undertaken at a reasonable cost and in a reasonable time.
If a trader breaches these conditions in supplying goods and services, you may be entitled to a repair, refund, replacement, or in some cases compensation.
Problems with Credit
If you purchased goods or services using any form of credit, or if you made the credit agreement in your home, you may have additional rights.
