Each of our 3 Bureau operate ‘drop-in’ sessions. When you arrive you will be asked to fill in form giving us basic details about yourself. You will then be invited to have a short ‘gateway’ interview, which enables us to assess your problem. After that if you will see an advisor. Micro Advice Centres
Micro-Advice Centre’s allow clients access to information. They are staffed by Information Assistants who are available to help you find the information you need or, when necessary, to make an appointment for you to see the advisor who visits the venue on a weekly basis. Outreach Centres
